Cork.About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media marketing to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social Media and who has a passion for creating content that captures attention, builds community, and drives engagement.You'll be responsible for executing and optimising our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing paid and organic campaigns, and reporting on performance across platforms. You'll play a key role in growing our brand presence and driving awareness across a wide range of digital touchpoints.Social will involve approx. 75% of your role, with 25% allocated to other responsibilities outlined in Job spec but not exhaustive.Skills1. Social Media MarketingIn-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platformsExperience with content scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite,, Brandwatch)Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, features, and best practicesAbility to grow and engage followers through organic and paid strategies2. Content CreationAbility to create or coordinate engaging photo, video, and written contentStrong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to each platformUnderstanding of visual design tools or principles (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut)Experience with short-form video content, especially TikTok Reels and Instagram Stories3. Campaign ManagementPlanning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goalsBudget management for paid ads (especially Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads)A/B testing, performance tracking, and ROI analysis4. Analytics & ReportingProficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)Ability to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns accordingly5. Community ManagementExperience managing online communities and responding to followers' comments/messagesManaging brand reputation and engagement in real-time across platforms6.
