About the Role
Albany Beck is seeking an experienced AVP – KYC/AML professional to join one of our key financial services clients. This is a leadership‑focused role centred around team management, workload allocation and stakeholder engagement, rather than day‑to‑day production work.
You’ll provide oversight across multiple business areas within the client’s banking and fund services divisions, with a particular focus on fund services operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage team workloads and allocate tasks effectively.
* Oversee productivity, performance metrics, and escalation management.
* Support client onboarding initiatives during a period of strong business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
* 5–7 years’ experience in KYC/AML, ideally within funds or banking.
* Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
* Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with multiple priorities.
