Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Events & Marketing Assistant to support our team in planning, coordinating, and promoting various events and marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both event management and digital marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and promotional activities (both online and offline).
* Support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and community channels.
* Prepare marketing materials such as posts, visuals, and short copy under guidance.
* Coordinate communication with vendors, partners, and attendees.
* Help track campaign performance and event feedback for reporting and improvement.
* Maintain organized event and marketing records.
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Basic understanding of social media and online marketing is a plus.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Eligible to work in Ireland and available for hybrid work
