Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced business leader to spearhead the growth of our Wear Kraft business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead the global strategy and growth of Wear Kraft by introducing innovative products and expanding customer bases.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans based on market intelligence, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
3. Drive new product introduction strategies and long-term product roadmaps in close alignment with our Sourcing and Supply Chain teams.
4. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product offerings and market penetration.
5. Establish pricing strategies and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.
6. Proactively engage with customers and dealers to identify opportunities and resolve product issues.
7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging trends to target and maintain market leadership.
8. Foster a high-performance team culture and provide leadership and development for direct reports.
9. Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the business line.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales within the Wear Parts aftermarket sector for the quarry, mining, and recycling industry.
* Proven international commercial experience in the wear parts market.
* Strong technical knowledge of wear parts products and applications.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
* Advanced strategic thinking and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel, one week per month.
* High level of proactivity, enthusiasm, and passion for driving business growth.
