Job DescriptionEstimation & Planning engineers use the preliminary research data and review of project deliverables to prepare the cost estimates for the entire project. They should have knowledge of required specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates for ongoing projects. Researched and evaluated subcontractors based on price, quality, selection, service, and support.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawingsPrepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tenderPrepare & process subcontractor billsTo take the measurement from the site engineerChecking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractorsResponsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scopeIdentify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructabilityDefine more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of projectDefine more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of projectAct as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and clientDetermine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)Co-ordinate with Execution team and Update the Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report.Required Candidate profileQualification: BE / DCE (Civil)Experience: 3 to 5 years in construction company in Commercial and Residential projectsShould also have experience in Client Billing in Contracting firm.Candidate should have good knowledge of estimation of quantities, and working out quantities from drawings.Should be able to prepare Project Budgets, Detailed BOQs, Rate analysis & ReconciliationsShould be able to prepare Sub contractor and client bills.Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendorsShould be available to join immediately,Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, AUTOCAD is a must.Desired Candidate ProfileGood communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externallyGood interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skillsCommercially and financially awareStrong analytical skillsStrong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to othersOnly FEMALE Candidates may apply
