The role
Ash Wilson Design is an award-winning interior design studio based in Clonskeagh, South Dublin. Founded in 2018, we create bespoke residential interiors across Ireland, alongside a growing portfolio of commercial work.
We focus on clear design thinking, strong materiality, and a detail ed approach that carries through every stage of a project. Collaboration is central to how we work. We care about well resolved interiors that are considered, coherent, and built around the way people actually live and work.
We’re now looking for a talented Interior Designer to join the studio, take ownership of projects, and help shape the next stage of our growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will lead residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion, taking responsibility for design direction, client engagement, and project delivery.
You will work closely with the studio team, consultants, and contractors to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard across concept, technical development, and execution, while meeting program and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
Develop spatial planning and design concepts
Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings
Lead FF and E selection, sourcing, and specification
Present design concepts to clientsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-end residential or design studio environment
Strong ability to lead projects from concept through to completion
Excellent technical knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
Strong FF and E experience and sourcing capability
Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience working across residential and or commercial projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit advantageous
Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
Personal Attributes
