Job Title: Temporary Senior Occupational Therapist

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Kells CDNT on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing and providing tailored therapeutic interventions to children with disabilities, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with CORU.
* Extensive experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably within a CDNT setting.
6 months, rolling thereafter.
