We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with a strong technical background in the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of photocopier / printer machines such as Konika Minolta, Kyocera & Utax.
In addition to technical duties, the engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service, including recommending and selling relevant products.
Key Responsibilities: Install and set up photocopier machines and related equipment at client sites.
Attending call outs and collecting copy cost readings Perform regular servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Build strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service, technical support and after sales service Identify opportunities to sell products, guide customers to suitable solutions, provide quotations and costings Up sell and cross sell photocopier-related products Complete service reports, documenting work completed, parts used, and follow-up requirements.
This role will service clients across Dungannon / Omagh / Cookstown / Fermanagh / Armagh areas Requirements: Technical ability - Installation, Repair & Maintenance of Equipment - at least 3 years.
Experience in maintenance of photocopiers and printers is preferred Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Full clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
