This remote, part-time contract role is ideal for storytellers and literary enthusiasts. You will be responsible for evaluating the creative potential of AI models, assessing their ability to write fiction, poetry, scripts, and engaging narratives. You will critique the "soul" of the writing—looking beyond grammar to judge originality, emotional impact, and narrative structure.Key Responsibilities:Critique AI-generated stories, scripts, and poems for narrative flow, character consistency, and emotional resonance.Identify and flag common creative pitfalls in AI writing, such as cliché tropes, repetitive phrasing, or lack of a distinct "voice."Write original, high-quality creative writing samples (short stories, dialogue, etc.) to serve as training benchmarks for the model.Compare multiple AI outputs to determine which one demonstrates higher creativity and better adherence to specific stylistic prompts.Provide detailed feedback on how the AI can improve its storytelling mechanics, such as pacing, "show, don't tell" principles, and dialogue naturalism.Qualifications:Background in Creative Writing, Literature, Screenwriting, or a related field (a creative portfolio is highly desirable).Strong understanding of narrative theory, including plot structure, character development, and world-building.Ability to objectively analyze subjective qualities of writing, such as tone, mood, and style.Excellent command of written English with a rich vocabulary and a flair for expressive language.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.Compensation and Benefits:Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule.
