Our Client is a Top-Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. They have a vacancy for an HR Administrator responsible for managing the admin for their Trainee and Intern Programmes. This role will assist with both recruitment and management of all of their graduate programmes across the firm. Call Emma for details on 01 845 6302.

The Role:
* Admin support for the day-to-day running of the Firm’s graduate programmes.
* Assist with group inductions and training sessions.
* Draft and issue all contracts.
* Support with preparing for any internal/external events.
* Be the liaison with career services and student societies in relevant universities.
* Assist with preparing documentation for any internal meetings.
* Draft sponsorship agreements for relevant universities.
* Manage their social media plan with innovative content for their platforms.
* Working alongside the wider Marketing team to bring new ideas.
* Set-up new starters and leaver workflows on the HR system.
* Manage any queries that come in from trainees, graduates and interns.
* Respond to any phone call queries and managing the graduate recruitment inbox.
* Other Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
* 2-3 year’s working within a Graduate Recruitment role is preferred, ideally within professional services.
* Strong ability to learn new software quickly.
* BA degree in a relevant field.
* Keen interest and literacy in IT.
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills
* Good initiative and can-do attitude.
