Our Irish Capital Projects & Infrastructure team was set up in Ireland three years ago. Since
then,
we have grown our team and services and are working with clients on some of Ireland's largest infrastructure projects in transport, energy and renewables,
healthcare
and housing. We sit within our wider Corporate Finance team and our services include infrastructure strategy, business case advice, lead financial advisory, procurement, governance, M&
A
and financing.
We're
now looking
for Managers
to join our team.

* Commercial and strategic advice
* Governance advice and assurance reviews on projects
* Economic advisory
* M&A buy-side and sell-side leadership and advisory
* Financing,
refinancing
and restructuring
* Financial modelling
**Purpose-led work
you'll
be part of**
As a Deals
Corporate Finance Advisory Manager
,
you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Collaborating with
diverse
public
and private sector clients across
transport, energy and renewables,
healthcare,
and housing
* Taking an integrated infrastructure approach, advising on the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility to procurement,
delivery,
and operations, with sustained outcomes across the entire project lifecycle
Experiences and skills:
* Degree qualified in finance or accounting
with
a
pproximately
7
years' experience
, (at least 2 years PQE)
with a passion for continuous learning and development
- Demonstrable experience
providing
strategic
financial
advice on the delivery of capital
and infrastructure projects
- Experience in advising on infrastructure workstreams, such as:
* Financial
advisory and
advice on
M&A
projects
-
Project viability assessments, feasibility studies & business plans/cases
-
Project finance structuring & capital raising advisory
-
Commercial & financial analysis & understanding of financial models
-
Procurement strategy / contracting / negotiation support
-
Governance and Assurance
* Demonstrated application of market and industry trends to develop business initiatives.
* Knowledge of capital-intensive industries including industry-leading practices for improving capital project performance.
