Event Coordinator
The Event Sales Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the execution of weddings, conferences and social events at a luxury 4-star property in Co. Meath. This role involves providing administrative support to the Events Department ensuring seamless event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with event proposals, contracts and client communications.
* Manage event enquiries, maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
* Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events.
* Prepare event function sheets and support in client follow-ups.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will have previous administrative or event experience in hospitality, preferably with skills in sales marketing MS Office Suite and meeting and events administration.
