About the Role:

* To work as part of an inter-disciplinary treatment team and supervise Staff Grade Therapists, providing leadership and guidance to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
* To be responsible for supervising Staff Grade Therapists and contributing to the development of occupational therapy services.
* To work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with brain injuries and strokes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require applicants to have the following qualifications and skills:
">
* A BScOT or Dip. COT or an equivalent Occupational Therapy qualification.
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience with a minimum of 1 year in the area of brain injury rehabilitation.
* CORU registration.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Evidence of postgraduate education in the area of Acquired Brain Injury.
* Experience in the role of clinical supervisor for students, therapy assistants and/or junior staff.
