Overview We are building smarter, less invasive personalized treatment solutions for vision care. The Project Controls Specialist will support the Vision Care Major Capital Projects Program by managing site project controls. Key Responsibilities The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and facilitating site project controls in the Vision Care Major Capital Projects Program. Support Capacity Expansion Steering meetings. Coordinate approved and unapproved capital requirements for major capital projects. Work closely with Project Managers on required processes for capital funding. Support capacity expansion project resource planning. Lead procurement activities for major capital projects. Prepare and process purchase requisitions to meet spend plan requirements. Coordinate invoicing timelines with Project Managers and Vendor Management. Support project spend plans and forecasting with Project Managers. Actively interface with project managers, practicing good teamwork in support of day‑to‑day requirements. Improve Project Controls tools and templates. Report directly to the Senior Projects Control Manager. Operate in conformance with site quality, health and safety standards at all times. Provide general support to Project Managers as needed. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years prior experience in a GMP or medical device manufacturing environment. Experience in supporting capital investment projects within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in use of MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong knowledge of cost controls, budget management, and financial systems supporting the current management lifecycle. Strong knowledge of financial procedures required for SOX compliance. Knowledge and experience of procurement systems. Excellent project management and communication skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative. Good communication skills. Compensation €52,400.00 – €82,915.00 per year (base pay).
