Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR operations. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in setting up and maintaining employee files, providing administrative support for HR functions, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with payroll and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of previous experience in HR administration, be highly organized with attention to detail and excellent communication skills, and have familiarity with payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain accurate employee files, ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements
* Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records, policies, and documentation
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes
* Assist in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and company procedures
* Step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave
