Four-star hotel in Co Meath seeks Restaurant Manager This busy four-star hotel in Co Meath is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead its Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-standard service.
Manage bookings, guest relations, and service flow to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain service excellence and adherence to SOPs.
Monitor and control operational and labour costs in line with budget requirements.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Manage cash handling, tills, and financial reporting for the department.
Maintain accurate stock levels for wines, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to promote services and upsell to guests.
Prepare and manage staff rosters based on business levels and forecasts.
Handle guest feedback, staff issues, and operational challenges professionally and proactively.
Candidate Requirements: Minimum five years experience in hospitality, with three years in a management role.
Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Additional certifications (e.g. HACCP, Management, WSET Level 2) an advantage.
