About Your New Job
As the B2B Marketing Strategy Lead, you will:
Own and drive marketing strategy and programs in support of the EMEA commercial sales team, focusing on B2B clients in tech, media, and brand advertising.
Lead the creation, adaptation, and optimization of region-specific sales enablement content (presentations, campaigns, sales packs, and value propositions) for advertising solutions.
Create and deliver tailored marketing materials, presentations, and regional campaigns to drive B2B engagement and business demand.
Organize and run high-impact in-person and virtual client events across Europe (Paris, Berlin, etc.)—from conception to execution—without reliance on external agencies.
Be a strategic adviser to regional sales leadership, integrating key insights on EMEA market dynamics, client feedback, and local business priorities into actionable go-to-market recommendations.
Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency and effective localization.
Support commercial growth by measuring the impact of demand-generation programs and continuously optimizing the approach based on sales data and campaign metrics.
Demonstrate hands-on leadership by both planning and executing projects, balancing high-level strategic thinking with deep operational involvement.
What Skills You Need
Extensive, demonstrable B2B marketing experience within technology/advertising sectors.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management—working with senior sales executives and cross-functional global teams.
Strategic thinker with strong 'doer' mindset—comfortable leading and executing complex projects with minimal direction.
Excellent content creation, localization, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and experience adapting strategies for different countries and clients.
Track record running events with clients, leading from concept through execution, without agency support.
Experience working in a geographically distributed team and managing multiple concurrent projects.
