The IT Systems Lead / Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the efficient functioning of IT systems across Ireland and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, administer, and maintain VMware hosts in a high-availability environment.
* Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Entra ID, and multi-VLAN networks.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to IT users.
* Apply ITIL, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management practices with a focus on Cybersecurity standards.
* Identify automation opportunities across IT and business workflows and deliver solutions.
* Develop reports and dashboards using Crystal, Excel, Power BI, and ERP-native tools to support data-driven decision making.
