Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. The Finance Administration Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounting operations, evaluating financial data, creating reports, and supporting decision-making processes. The individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial administration and efficient resource management.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
* Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance and Accounting
* Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance
* Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in financial software and tools
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred
* Experience in financial management within the healthcare or medical sector is a plus
