Recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with Restoration/Refurbishment experience for projects in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5+ year’s construction experience along with excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
Job Summary
Supervision of subcontractors and labourers on site.
Inspect sub‑contractor work and sign‑off.
Working closely with company Project Managers.
Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request.
Management and control of day‑to‑day Health and Safety standards.
Co‑ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Qualifications and Experience
A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
5+ Years of Construction Management or Foreman Experience on site.
Proven track record in refurbishment or fit‑out projects is essential.
Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
