Spare Parts Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our technical spare parts program.
The ideal candidate will have previous production work experience and a working knowledge of CMMS systems. You will be required to work closely with our engineering team to produce accurate spare and wear parts lists, as well as managing our spares budget and reporting on key performance indicators.
Your role will involve collaborating with our spares management team to input and update spares on our CMMS system, loading and controlling vertical storage systems, and contacting vendors for quotes in coordination with our purchasing department.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous production work experience
* Working knowledge of CMMS systems
* Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Other Requirements
You will be required to travel occasionally and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. You must be able to lift up to 50lb/22kg and stand for long periods. A valid driver's license would be an advantage.
