OverviewSenior Talent Solutions Account Executive based in Dublin. This role is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. LinkedIn’s flexible work approach centers on trust, culture, and evolving business needs.You will be responsible for tapping into potential client opportunities, generating new business, responding to inbound inquiries, and outbound activity across your region. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options, and sell corporate solutions for recruitment, while always acting in the best interest of the client.ResponsibilitiesProspect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong personal relationships with prospectsCreate reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management on the pipeline statusClose new business consistently at or above quotaDevelop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and document and share competitive informationInvest in colleagues by giving coaching and advice when opportunities for improvement existDevelop and circulate the set of best practices that will form the foundation of the teamListen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teamsBe proactive in solving problems, including initiatives outside of your area, and take on additional responsibilities as they emergeSeek opportunities to lead and help the company achieve broader objectivesQualificationsBasic Qualifications3+ years of applicable sales experienceFluency in German and EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR softwareExperience with SaaS opportunitiesExperience selling IT or recruiting solutionsKnowledge of software contract terms and the ability to create fair transactionsStrong negotiation and accurate forecasting skillsDemonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environmentAbility to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade othersAbility to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning opportunitiesSuggested SkillsNegotiationForecastingCommunicationRecruitingAdditional InformationGlobal Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates.
