The Green Light Cafe, located in the Great National South Court Hotel, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated qualified barista to join our vibrant team.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work weekdays and weekend mornings, with a start time of 7 am.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and speciality beverages.
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service to every guest.
* Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
* Follow opening and closing procedures.
* Work collaboratively with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for guests.
* Keep the cafe environment tidy, stocked, and inviting.
Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about coffee with a genuine enthusiasm for learning more.
* Previous barista experience with the ability to prepare high-quality coffee drinks, preferably minimum 1 year of experience.
* Friendly, guest-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Outgoing and bubbly personality, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all customers.
* Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced cafe setting.
* Clear and professional communicator with both customers and team members.
* High attention to detail, taking pride in presentation and cleanliness.
* Must be available to start work at 7am and be flexible to work both midweek and weekends.
