Mercedes-Benz South Dublin, a principal dealer for Mercedes-Benz in Ireland and part of MSL Motor Group, is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead a skilled team, drive profitability, exceed targets, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Cultivating a high-performance, collaborative leadership culture.
* Establishing and nurturing a robust sales team focused on efficient processes and customer service.
* Negotiating yearly sales targets with distributors.
* Demonstrating excellence in operational performance across sales, aftersales, people management, safety, quality, service, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Ensuring adherence to group policies and Mercedes-Benz brand standards.
* Safeguarding compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and ISO standards.
