Role Overview:
Senior Architect Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development process, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
* Lead projects from concept to delivery, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to deliver exceptional results.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
* Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* Recognised Architectural qualification, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in project management, team leadership, and client communication.
* A portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative and functional designs, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
* Proficiency in Autocad, 3D software, InDesign, Photoshop, and Revit, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience of Data Centre/Industrial projects is highly desirable, but not essential.
