This exciting role involves providing advice to trustees and employers in relation to their pension plans and overall benefit strategy, and offers a wide variety of exposure and career opportunities, including: Working within a team to provide pro-active strategic advice on a wide range of pension and benefit related issues Coordinating all Mercer services and relationships and supporting senior consultants in advance of trustee meetings Ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to our internal and external clients consistent with their expectations Managing client projects within agreed budgets and timelines including new scheme installations Meeting agreed revenue and utilisation targets Helping to develop Mercer's overall service delivery in key growth areas Developing and strengthening the individual's consultancy skills and pensions industry
