Job Title: Urgent Search Assistant Staff Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of Urgent Search Assistant Staff Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating training programs, managing attendance records, and maintaining accurate HR data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with external training providers to schedule and manage training programmes.
2. Coordinate with staff and line managers regarding attendance, feedback, and evaluation.
3. Maintain training records and assist in the development of training calendars.
4. Serve as a point of contact for staff and line managers regarding HR-related queries, particularly around training and development.
5. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management as required.
6. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Essential Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
* Experience in preparing presentations and data reports for various stakeholders.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional telephone manner and customer service orientation.
