My client, a leading provider in the insurance industry, is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. Known for their commitment to delivering exceptional service, they offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Location - Dublin and Galway or Mayo.
Salary: €50k–€60k depending on experience
Hybrid model
Role Overview:
1. Handle a range of commercial business clients, including renewals, claims, and policy amendments
2. Focus on client retention, managing policies such as Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Cyber, and more
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
4. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including the Consumer Protection Code 2012
The Ideal Candidate:
5. Experience in commercial insurance experience.
6. Minimum APA/CIP qualification (commercial lines)
7. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to long-term client relationships
