Our client is seeking an experienced Oversight Manager for an 18 month contract with a view to permanency, to join their dynamic Man Co team in Dublin on a hybrid working model.
This role is pivotal in ensuring robust governance and oversight processes are in place, supporting the business with due diligence, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with outsourcing partners and stakeholders while contributing to the company's reputation for high standards and innovation in the investment fund industry.
Responsibilities Conduct AML/KYC checks on new business partners and review documentation provided by delegates and outsourcing partners.
Coordinate periodic service reviews and due diligence meetings, including on-site and desktop visits, with third-party service providers.
Ensure timely completion of due diligence for new and existing delegation and outsourcing arrangements, maintaining up-to-date questionnaires aligned with regulatory standards.
Manage the outsourcing register and ensure all documentation, policies, and procedures are current and compliant.
Communicate regularly with specialist departments, management, fund boards, outsourcing partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective oversight.
Requirements University degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in the Irish investment fund industry, credit institutions, or consulting firms.
Four to five years of professional experience, including two to three years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to oversight, including Cross Industry Guidance on Outsourcing and Fund Management Companies Guidance.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
