Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive field quality improvements by partnering with customers, factories, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will support projects in all phases to deliver quality according to standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support projects in all phases from development through deployment.
2. Communicate with customers, factories, project management team and construction site team to proactively identify improvement needs and understand the nature of issues.
3. Determine top customer field issues list, verify an owner is assigned and status is reported weekly.
4. Presents reports on various initiatives. Presents reports regarding Quality performance across different levels of organizations.
* Cross-functionally work on issue tracking within internal departments including Engineering Service Manufacturing Operations Sales Offering Management Supplier Quality
. Ensure data-driven decision making using Pareto analysis.
