BAM Civils: Quantity Surveyor Role
**Mission and Responsibilities**
As a Quantity Surveyor at BAM Civils, you will advise on contractual matters at both general and project levels. Your tasks include processing contractual claims and associated records, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs, and investigating losses. You will also assist with project cash management, advise and support with project correspondence, negotiate subcontract and suppliers' prices and terms, and ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Ideally, you should have 2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects. You must be able to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites and sub-contractors. Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of the construction industry are essential. Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals is required.
