Role OverviewThe Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator supports daily logistics and supply chain operations by ensuring accurate coordination of transportation, inventory movement, and documentation. This role acts as a central point of contact between internal teams and logistics partners, helping maintain smooth operational flow and timely execution of deliveries.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to meet operational schedules.• Track shipment status and proactively address delivery exceptions.• Prepare and verify shipping documents, transfer records, and logistics reports.• Support inventory movements between facilities and assist with stock reconciliation.• Communicate logistics updates and resolve routine operational issues.• Assist in warehouse coordination and transportation planning activities.• Maintain accurate logistics data within supply chain management systems.• Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare summary reports.• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes.• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.Qualifications and Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.• Foundational knowledge of logistics coordination and supply chain operations.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.• Proficiency in standard office applications; experience with logistics systems is an advantage.• Clear communication and coordination abilities.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.• Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking skills.• Team-oriented approach with reliability and accountability.• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain support, or coordination roles is beneficial.SummaryThe Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator plays a key operational role in maintaining efficient logistics execution and supply chain visibility.
