We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join the Investment team of a prestigious Real Estate Manager. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the value of real estate assets across Resi, Commercial, Retail and PBSA.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of our real estate assetsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate marketManage and oversee property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relationsDevelop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholdersMonitor and manage property budgets and expenses
Requirements
• Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance
• 7 -10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
