By collaborating with our forward-thinking engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating the delivery of medicines to the world.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Oversee maintenance and reliability engineering tasks, including the redesign, upkeep, and repair of utility systems, buildings, and equipment.Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing time effectively and developing short-term work plans.Provide engineering support for developing scopes of work, project execution plans, and engineering studies for equipment installation or modification.Offer operational support, review preventive and corrective work orders, and manage technical writing and document reviews.Ensure calibration compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, contemporary technologies, and best aseptic practices.Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations and update equipment reliability plans, collaborating with Production and Quality Team Leads.Promote workplace safety by following site safety procedures and performing proactive safety assessments.Actively participate in site and corporate initiatives, and serve as a liaison between quality, operations, and regulatory/compliance for timely closure of investigations.QualificationsMust-HaveDiploma/Degree in an Engineering/Technical Discipline or Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualification3+ years of experienceExperience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects AnalysisUnderstanding and experience with process automation systemsStrong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}Excellent oral and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS ExcelExperience executing Engineering tasks using Engineering Maintenance Management systems such as EAMS.Nice-to-HaveMaster's degreeRelevant pharmaceutical experienceIt is a 4 cycle shift role for 24/7 OperationWork Location Assignment: On PremiseWork Location Assignment: On Premise
