Honeycomb is assisting a well established Finance Solutions company to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team to support operations in Ireland. The role is full time and permanent, working four days remotely and one day in Belfast.
The Client
Established over 30 years ago, our client has been going through a growth phase and now operates across the whole island of Ireland and the UK. They provide Finance solutions to clients, predominately in the Financial Services and Insurance market. This role will support their operation in Ireland.
The Role
* Provide general administration support for the operations, sales, and senior management teams.
* Interact with clients, insurance brokers and accountants in a professional manner.
* Participate and contribute to additional projects as and when required.
* Effective email management ensuring items are actioned promptly.
* Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately.
* Compliance with all relevant legislation relating to data protection and confidentiality of information
* Participate fully in training to allow understanding and progression through all operations processes.
* Undertake such other appropriate duties that may be deemed necessary by Line Manager and Directors.
Preferred Criteria
* IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects.
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
* Able to work within a team as well as own initiative.
Package
* Salary €32 - €35K
* Hours of work - 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
* 4 days remote, 1 day in Belfast
