are delighted to partner with a rapidly growing Life Assurance company to hire a Technical Pension Specialist to their Dublin operation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure all client reports produced by Advice Support Unit (ASU) are compliant and prioritise customer interests and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
* Investigate queries from advisors, ASU and Sales Excellence thoroughly and provide accurate responses.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with advisors.
* Facilitate training of new advisors and ASU paraplanners.
* Stay up to date with changes in legislation and ensure knowledge is shared across relevant groups.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum QFA (RPA qualification desirable)
* At least 3 years' experience in a pensions consultancy/advisory/brokerage role.
* Deep understanding of pensions legislation and the regulatory environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of customer financial advice.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively.
* Ability to build and deliver engaging presentations.
* Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
