Key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operation of capital equipment in the field.
* Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing timely and professional responses to customer calls/queries.
* Proactively manage customer relationships, assign service jobs, and update the Service Module with logged actuals for repair, inspection, PPM, contract, and scheduled call outs.
* Maintain accurate equipment lists with customers and inform them of products going End of Life/End of Service to drive sales and replacement of legacy equipment.
* Process Service Orders in a timely and accurate manner, maintain service documentation, and provide quotations to customers.
* Liaise with engineers on scheduling service visits and callouts, monitor and report on completion status, and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
