Our client, a leading business in the agri-food sector, is seeking an accomplished Group Projects Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the planning and delivery of large-scale capital projects across factories, farms, and support operations. You will be directly involved in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that underpin the group's long-term growth. Working at board level, you will provide leadership across multiple disciplines and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, planning, and delivery of multi-site capital and development projects. Develop robust business cases and CAPEX proposals, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals. Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk to deliver projects on time and within scope. Coordinate and engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Provide clear reporting and visibility of project performance to the Board and senior leadership team. Drive improvements in project management processes and mentor managers across the group. Candidate Profile Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related discipline) with a recognised Project Management qualification. Minimum 10 years' professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior project management role within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction. Proven record of delivering complex, multi-site projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at Board and CEO level. Skilled in project management software and confident in KPI reporting and analysis. Why This Role?
