A senior, client-facing electrical design role leading large-scale
data centre projects across EMEA
. The position covers full project delivery from concept through handover, with responsibility for technical leadership, quality assurance, and team management within a multidisciplinary design environment.
Key Project Focus for 2026
* Data Centres (EMEA) – hyperscale and colocation facilities
* Mission-Critical Infrastructure – power resilience, EPMS/BMS integration
* Complex Building Services Projects – high-load, high-availability environments
Experience Required
* Senior-level electrical building services design background
* Strong data centre project experience essential
* Comfortable leading projects independently and client-facing
* Experience managing engineers, BIM technicians, and support teams
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical services design from concept to completion
* Client and design-team interface at lead engineer level
* Electrical systems design and specification (power, lighting, ELV)
* Coordination with BMS/EPMS, security, and CSA disciplines
* Design quality control and compliance with internal standards
* Tender documentation, reports, and technical recommendations
* Mentoring and development of junior engineers
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of CIBSE, BS, IS, and EN standards
* AutoCAD and Revit essential; Bluebeam advantageous
* Solid documentation, planning, and presentation skills
