Project Manager: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Your new role involves managing multi-planned maintenance projects. This includes overseeing in-house construction professionals and external consultants, administering contracts, and performance managing construction works.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the minimum requirements. You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline or a relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma with 2-3 years' relevant experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage in-house construction professionals including Clerk of Works and Mechanical & Electrical Inspectors
* Appoint and manage external professional consultants
* Administer JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance contracts
* Performance manage construction works monitoring KPI and applying Low Performance Damages as required under the contract
* Chair various meetings at various stages of the contract

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline
* Relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level
* 2-3 years' relevant experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline
