PMO Project Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Dublin | Full-Time A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a busy programme delivery team on a fixed-term basis.
This role supports the smooth running of projects and strategic change activities across the organisation.
Responsibilities Support project and programme managers with day-to-day coordination and administration.
Maintain PMO processes, templates, documentation, and reporting.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and manage project information.
Assist with status updates, risks, issues, and benefits tracking.
Coordinate workshops, user groups, and project communications.
Support delivery of specific projects within the organisation's change portfolio.
Requirements Minimum 1 year in a PMO, project support, or coordination role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
Degree in a relevant area; project management certification is a plus.
