About the RoleRed Earth is a lifestyle brand where thoughtful design meets everyday joy. As our Creative Lifestyle Merchandiser, you'll bridge trend, product, and retail experience—curating cohesive stories across our categories (e.g., home, gifting, jewellery, wellness, seasonal). You'll translate brand DNA into commercially sharp assortments and visually compelling, omni-channel experiences that drive sales, margin, and customer love.Key Responsibilities Assortment Strategy & PlanningBuild seasonal and monthly assortments that reflect Red Earth's brand handwriting, customer insights, and commercial targets (sales, margin, sell-through, stock turn).Partner with Buying to brief and select products, materials, and colours aligned to trends and customer data.Create range maps and "story boards" that connect collections across categories and channels.Visual & Experience MerchandisingDevelop VM guidelines for windows, tables, bays, and POS that bring stories to life; adapt for store sizes and formats.Plan floor sets and planograms; ensure adjacencies, space allocation, and hero-product focal points are optimized.Audit store(in person/virtually) to measure execution quality and trade-driving impact; implement continuous improvements.The role may also cover our sister store Mindy Brownes Interiors adjacent to Red Earth.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 – 24 per weekWork Location: In person
