Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in our dynamic team, develop a successful career in sales, and contribute to our ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
* Visit existing and new customers.
* Understand and promote a range of equipment.
* Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customers.
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the company's success.
* Target foreign markets and develop sales export opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in excavator attachments or agricultural sales.
* Strong knowledge of excavator attachments or agricultural products and practices.
* (Not essential but desired) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to meet customers.
* BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS FOR MAINTAINING CUSTOMER RECORDS AND GENERATING REPORTS

From £45,000 per year including commission.
