Mobile Shop Assistant - Sandyford and Ballymount Stores
Join our Wurth Community as a Mobile Shop Assistant. Wurth Ireland is a leading provider of industrial consumable products with a wide network and a focus on high-quality products, customer service, and growth. This role covers both Ballymount and Sandyford stores and may involve travel to other stores within a geographical radius. Ideally based near Galway or Athlone with the ability to travel on short notice.
Responsibilities
* Build effective relationships with customers through value-added selling.
* Identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions on our product range.
* Strive to achieve monthly KPIs including sales and margin targets.
* Maintain a clean shop and well-merchandised counter area.
* Ensure stock levels are maintained and applicable stock control tasks are performed.
* Make telesales calls to new or existing customers.
* Keep the working environment tidy and safe; remain security conscious at all times.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
* Experienced in selling with a strong ambition to succeed.
* Must have full use of a reliable car and a full driving license.
* People person with exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude.
* Prepared to work hard and embrace learning opportunities; good communication and helpful demeanor.
* Flexible and mobile to work across multiple shops within a radius of your home on short notice.
* Background in construction, tools or automotive industry ideal but not essential; DIY/store or retail store experience is acceptable.
