Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources and administration, with the ability to manage a diverse range of duties and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to HR inquiries from employees
* Organize training activities
* Maintain accurate employee records
* Implement new HR procedures
* Process purchase orders for suppliers
* Manage calendars and travel arrangements
* Assist with compliance audits
* Support senior colleagues with departmental tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 2-3+ years of experience in HR-focused administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
