Who are we: KinetikIQ
is a rapidly growing sports tech startup based in Galway in the West of Ireland. We develop software to provide real-time feedback and analysis on exercise technique - reducing injuries and maximising performance across professional sports, healthcare, education, gym fitness and more.
Our technology is cutting edge - utilising AI and 3D scanning technology on mobile devices to give instant, accurate measurements, providing instant access to datasets and key insights which were previously only accessible using complex, expensive motion capture labs and wearable devices.
KinetikIQ is scaling internationally and serving elite sports organisations across Premier League, NFL, MLB, NHL and more. Also winners of Barcelona FC Startup Innovation Challenge, Best New Sports Business Ireland and KPMG Global Tech Innovator.
Our mission:
To make exercise and movement health globally accessible - utilising technology and the best of human capabilities to allow people to maximise their health goals and live the best possible lifestyle, without significant cost or geographical restrictions that have historically been tied to strong movement health.

This is across ETL pipeline development, data modelling, analysis, code design, development, testing, optimisation, machine learning model training and testing, and direct involvement in our artificial intelligence roadmap.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founding team across the full engineering stack, and provide your unique insights into the product development. As a young and rapidly growing technology company, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of roles across data and AI, lead projects and maximise your career trajectory.

* Good-natured and people-oriented: Our mission is to ultimately improve human health with technology, and to help humans every step of the way rather than harm. Internally in the company, we treat everyone else on the team with camaraderie and respect, as we can go so much further together, and work is infinitely more enjoyable when you have great people to work with.
