About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Partnerships Manager to drive our B2B market expansion.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key business partners to generate revenue growth across our portfolio of Irish brand homes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B growth strategy across our Irish brand homes portfolio Build and maintain long-term relationships with Tour Group Operators, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and Free Independent Travelers (FITs) segments Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our brand values and commercial objectives Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximise revenue potential while protecting brand integrity Create tailored proposals and packages for B2B clients that showcase our unique brand experiences Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Track and report on key performance indicators related to B2B partnerships Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, legal and finance to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each brand home's unique selling propositions and visitor experiences To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or attractions Proven track record of building successful commercial partnerships and driving revenue growth Experience working with tour operators, travel agencies, and digital booking platforms Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset Data-driven approach to decision making Knowledge of the Irish tourism landscape (preferred) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities Strong project management skills with attention to detail Proactive problem-solver with creative thinking capabilities Ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups Comfort with CRM systems and data analysis tools Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions Commercial acumen with a focus on profitable growth Passionate about Irish culture, brewing heritage, and tourism Working with Us Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our people work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
