Role: Shipping Administrator Location: Naas Salary: €36k+ Role Requirements: Sharing Reception duties to include taking incoming calls and forwarding same. Logistics administration, planning and co-ordination of transport for daily shipments Completion of documentation to accompany shipments. Invoicing for shipping department. Production and stock administration, including data entry, checking records and distribution of information. Working as part of a team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment. Assist with inquiries from customers regarding shipment status, delivery issues, and other logistics-related matters. Liaise with internal and external logistics providers to ensure shipments are completed as scheduled and manage any delays or issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for shipments, inventory, and financial transactions in the companys systems. Resolve logistical and administrative issues, such as shipment delays, missing items, or discrepancies in invoices, efficiently and professionally. Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, including customs requirements and health & safety standards. Candidate Requirements: Professional, friendly manner.
