Job Opportunity: Customer Service Champion
This is a permanent position reporting to the customer service manager at our Galway office. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and support through various channels, including phone, email and chat.
About the Role:
* You will be the primary contact for English and French speaking customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, guiding customers through our products and services, and resolving any concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to product knowledge, billing, orders, and returns.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless communication.
4. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Represent the organization in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
6. Complete documentation according to company standards and comply with all in-house procedures.
7. Work safely at all times and report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential.
* Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
