We are seeking a skilled and Fully Qualified Electrician to join our client's team in Dublin 24. This is a daytime-only role, ideal for experienced professionals looking for a steady schedule, varied work, and a small team environment.
You'll work on custom-built catering trailers and mobile units, delivering high-quality electrical installations and repairs to meet strict safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and wire electrical systems for catering trailers and bespoke mobile units
* Work with 230V and LED systems, including occasional 3-phase wiring
* Diagnose and repair faults in catering equipment and trailer electrics
* Carry out electrical safety checks and compliance testing
* Interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings
* Use electrical testing tools to ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards
* Collaborate with fabrication, plumbing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Fully qualified electrician (RECI or equivalent certification essential)
* Proven experience with trailer wiring, 230V systems, and LED installations is advantageous
* Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repair skills
* Ability to work from technical drawings and schematics
* Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Capable of working independently
* Strong communication skills and good time management
